Awning Matching Fund Grant

The Commissioners of the Town of Warrenton have recognized a need to encourage business and building owners to augment their establishments with awnings that will drive new business and create an aesthetically pleasing town.

The terms of the Awning Matching Grant Fund are as follows:

• Fund established in FY 2012/2013 with $500 appropriated annually
• Fund will match 25% of dollars spent on cloth awnings by building owners in the C-1 business district
• Grantees will provide proof of expenditures or receipts to receive reimbursement
